One day retreat event

Facilitated by Kreig Cremeans, Leigh Gaitskill and Wendy Sue Wahl
Join us for a day at tranquil Hopewell Farm. In this peaceful setting we will explore restrictive thought processes, use easy movement to break physical holding patterns and learn tools to renew our energy. After recognizing and releasing the old, we will share experiences that will allow opening into new possibilities.
